On the day of your appointment, we will confirm via 2 way text thereby allowing you to communicate any changes without picking up the phone. You will be able to live track your technician, with their picture and bio, on a map to know exactly when they will arrive and who is coming into your home.

Is your pricing really transparent and no haggle?

Answer: Yes it really is. If you trust us to come into your home for a repair or to quote a new system, we want you to feel like you were treated fairly not entering into a tough negotiation.

Our leadership team as been in this industry for over 100 years. We know all of the tricks and silly pricing games our competitors play. Clout was built to be different – we want to remove the ‘used car salesman’ feel from all our dealings.

Many of our competitors will present you a greatly inflated list price, then act as if they are doing you a huge favor by knocking off 10%. They will then play the game of calling the boss to get you a little better deal. The boss will always say yes, now you are at the real price. After that you will find a competitor for $500 cheaper, they will again take off $500 to win the deal.
