We scheduled a coil cleaning and Chris came out and performed a lite cleaning. Chris however informed us that cleaning the coils really wasn’t necessary and refused to charge us. He did observe that the air handler needed a new capacitor and replaced that while he was here. Chris was and Clout have been honest and went out of there way (came to our home even though it isn’t in their service area) to help us. We couldn’t recommend them enough! They had the motor in stock and scheduled to come out the very next day. The HVAC technician, Brad Fisher, came promptly during the estimated timeframe and provided his insight as there were more concerning issues than my original scope of work was for. He was extremely knowledgeable but wasn't pushy at all when I declined additional work. He just wanted to make sure I was informed my furnace was basically at the end of its lifecylce and there was no point in pouring more money into it and a new furnace was needed. I will definitely consider Clout Home Services again. UPDATE: I called Clout again, they came same day and was able to troubleshoot my issue successfully. Chris Luu was very knowledgeable and super quick. Will continue to keep clout in mind for the future. update: Chris came out again to check why the breaker cut again and if it was the AC.
